Veeva Multichannel Partner Day

The first annual Veeva Multichannel Partner Day conference took place at the awe-inspiring member’s bar & presidential suite at Twickenham Rugby Stadium. The day was packed full of insights and innovations.

First up was news on the forthcoming updates to Veeva Align. Veeva Align enables a modern territory alignments process that gives commercial teams more direct control of the business process by reducing the administrative burden of alignments, allocating resources to support customer engagement, and enhancing the rep experience. Find out more about Veeva Align.

Next up was Veeva Andi, which will be driven by Artificial Intelligence next year. This exciting development will enable Veeva customers to drive intelligent engagements with real-time insights and suggestions. How do these innovations affect you? A panel discussion with our customers from GSK and Bayer revealed tips that agencies should consider when working with clients, including suggestions such as, don’t bring twenty people to a pitch when there are only two or three clients in the meeting and bring the people to the meeting that will be working on the project. Veeva agencies should also note that clients appreciate it when they are challenged.

The day ended with some cutting-edge augmented reality including a skeleton for training and an app that has the ability to spot abnormal changes to moles.
